    i linked my playstation and Xbox accounts a while ago and i have redeemed a fortnite code for the last laugh bundle on my ps4, the rewards are not showing up on my xbox is this meant to happen, why am i not getting the rewards on my xbox if i have the accounts

    Hello Red Cortina21,

    As stated on the vault page, that item can only be redeemed once per user. Since you had already activated this item from a previous FREEdom promotion, it cannot be redeemed again. You can give this code to a friend that has not yet redeemed this item.

    There's no way to transfer items/content redeemed on another account. If you redeemed a currency card on the account, you can buy the item as a gift for your other account.

    Are you referring to the items which can be redeemed? Depending on your region, Xbox Live Rewards may already have transitioned to
    Microsoft Rewards meaning those items cannot be redeemed.

    To get your item that you redeemed then please follow the steps (You must be on your Xbox Dashboard);

    Settings > Account > Download History

    The item should be at the top if you haven't purchased/redeemed any other items

    Since there are no more of that item in the vault ("Out of Stock") you cannot redeem more of that item.
