Redeemed halo 5 beta via Xbox.com, not downloaded

I was at work at the time the messages went out, so I though I'd Save myself some time and redeem the code on the website, so it could start downloading before I got home. The website tells me that the code was redeemed and that I now own the beta. However,
it hasn't downloaded to the xbone, and I can't open it from the mcc. When I try to open the message and re download it from the store, it tells me that the code has already been used.. It doesn't recognise that it was me that used it. Please help, I really
need this!!!!!

Likewise, I redeemed both codes via Xbox.com then downloaded the beat, but says I can't play until the 29th!

 

verifying game ownership?

You should be able to look at your purchase history (which should include downloaded games I think) via account.microsoft.com . Get your room mate to log in and see if they were redeemed against his account.

Edit: Actually I've just went and checked my account and my Halo 5 digital download I redeemed DOESN'T show, so I'm not sure this will work, sorry.

 

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ANYONE ELSE THAT DID THE SAME THING - Go to my Games and apps, navigate all the way to the right of your games, and you'll find it in the 'ready to install' section. Panic over!

 

If you haven't played the beta yet and find that you can't do so when you try then head to your message and click Redeem Code 2 Now on the console. It seems that redeeming the 2nd code on the website doesn't work properly.
