Redeemed giftcard isn't on my account

So I bought €50 worth of giftcards and I redeemed it and it said it was successfully put on my account. Now when I look at my account via my xbox one it says that I still have €2.34 and if I look via my phone it says that I have €50 but can't buy a *** thing,
I actually need to have €52.34 :,(. Xbox please help

Activated x2 10 euro Gift Cards and got 0 euros

Did you buy the correct regional giftcards?

All giftcards are region locked

Meaning you cannot buy uk or french giftcards and use them in a german account for example

So if you buy uk points it can only be redeemed on an uk account

You can check your balance at commerce.microsoft.com

Keep in mind currency does not transfer between regions

Can I have multiple accounts sharing the same giftcard?

I have 2 accounts, one for games, and the other purely focused on the game Overwatch. I got a £50 Xbox Store giftcard and redeemed it on the other account. I want to get something on this account as well though. Could I share the giftcard with both accounts?
As if I can use some money on the giftcard on one account and then the rest on the other? Thanks. P.S If you need more context please ask.

Sorry to hear it. Was the currency for the same region (country) that your gamertag is set for? If not then the currency is still in your account but can only be used for that region.

Log in to commerce.microsoft.com to see if the currency is listed. If it is not or is there and you cannot access it then you should give phone support a call for more assistance.

If you post which country you live in we should be able to provide you with a phone number to call.

Yeah you're right, the money is put on the version of the Netherlands in stead of Belgium

The currency isn't connected to the console in any way. It is tied to your account. As long as you sign into the account that you redeemed the giftcard onto, you will have access to your currency.

Once redeemed you can't use it anywhere else but the account that redeemed jt
