Redeemed Gear 4 Beta code on Xbox.com, hasn't downloaded to console

Hi. I redeemed my GoW 4 beta code on xbox.com but the game doesn't appear in my Xbox one game library or in pending downloads etc.

When I try to redeem it through my Xbox, it tells me it's already been redeemed.

What can I do to remedy this? I really wanted to try Gears this weekend.

I entered the code i got with lego marvel heroes on xbox.com and it said redeemed. But a day later it hasn't downloaded on my xbox one or appeared in game. Nelp?

 

Redeemed Agent Origins DLC Code for Division but it never installed

I redeemed the code for the Agent Origins DLC for The Division, right after redeeming the code for the HazMat Gear Set. The Hazmat gear set installed, but the Agent Origins Gear has not downloaded on my console and now the code has been used. It is not in
my queue, ready to install, notificiations, or anywhere on Xbox.com. I'm pretty upset about this, you can't get any more of those codes. Xbox Support said the code was attached to my account but they told me to try troubleshooting stuff I have already done.

As the console has not started downloading the beta please try and look in Games section of My games & Apps at the bottom of the dashboard and scroll to the far right hand side and hopefully it will be sitting in there in the waiting to install list.

I wasn't even aware you could scroll that far in that section!

 

P.S Because I was unaware, it meant I also missed the Doom beta last week

The 360 has a better interface imo. The One has been out 2.5 years and plenty is still a mystery ti me.
