    redeemed gamestop code on live.Xbox.com but doesn't appear in gameplay


    I purchased a GTA shark card from gamestop and entered the code on live,xbox.com It accepted the code on the website, but the money has yet to appear in online gameplay. This there another step I need to complete? any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i redeemed a prepaid grand theft auto great white shark card on the live.xbox.com website that i bought from gamestop but i don't know how to download the content on my xbox 360

    problem redeeming code for Xbox one on Star wars battlefront

    Hello itsmebritney,

    Go to My Games & Apps and highlight GTA V - now press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) and select Manage Game. Do you see the Shark Card on the right perhaps? If so, select it and hit A to download. Now load up the game and it should appear in-game.

    Let us know how you get on.

    Ive tired that, the shark card does not appear there. only thing that appears there is

    This appears to be a problem with codes given out by GameStop. A quick search on Google shows PC/PlayStation and Xbox owners are all experiencing this problem with GameStop passing the buck as usual.

    Xbox codes should all be 25 digits long. I'd be surprised if Microsoft was allowing uPlay codes to be redeemed against the system.
