redeemed gamepass ultimate but have not recieved code.

that is annoying as i was on about 116 daily sets and now it will be reset. thank you for your help. i have messaged support hope they can do something as it is their fault. i get this message:It’s not you, it’s us.Something unexpected went wrong at our end. We’ll resume service as soon as possible – try again soon to keep enjoying Microsoft Rewards. For help, please contact Customer Support.

If your Rewards account is suspended then that may also be why you haven't received the code. If your account is suspended, you won't be able to complete the daily sets.

its been 24 hours but i cant get onto microsoft rewards it says its been suspended and when i go on customer support it says its not me its them and they are trying to fix it. quick question though.. will my daily sets be lost as i cant get onto rewards?

Keep in mind it can take 24 hours to receive a code after redeeming it. If you don't get it, check your order history on the redemption page. It'll either have the code listed there or give you the option to resend the code.

did you have gamepass ultimate prior to using the code, if so it converts gold to gamepass ultimate. to use gold only you have to let the sub run out before using a normal gold code. as it does warn this when redeeming.
