Redeemed game not showing up on xbox live

I purchased Minecraft from Amazon. I followed their instructions to redeem the code through my computer. I can see the game on my xbox live account on my computer. When I sign in to xbox live through my console, the game is not in my download list or
in "my games". Any Ideas?

Warthog not showing up in Game or Manage Content

I redeemed the code I got for the warthog, but it is not showing up on my xbox.com account nor is it showing up on thee manage game screen to download. I redeemed the code on my console using the "Redeem code" function.

Are you sure that 1) You bought it for the console (and which version, 360 or One) and not for PC, mobile, etc? 2) You used the correct profile to sign in and redeem the code?

There is a Minecraft for both xbox and windows 10. Sounds like you bought the pc version instead of the console version.

I have the same issue. I redeemed the code & the Warthog showed in the FH3 pre-order & also in the demo. I uninstalled the demo & the Warthog was removed from the full game installation.

It is not showing up under ready to install for the full game, my code no longer works due to being redeemed, & the Warthog gift car doesn't show up in my purchase history online, although I still have the message in my XBOX Live message history.

We understand you are having issues with the Xbox Gift card you redeemed but did not reflect on your Microsoft balance. Normally, it would only take 24hours for the Gift card to reflect on your account however, since it is already more than 24hours what we highly suggest is to reach Xbox Live Support as we at Microsoft Community only have limited tools here. They may need to check the status of your Gift card code and they can definitely help you get the Gift card added to your Microsoft balance.
