Redeemed game not showing in My Games

Recently we've purchased a game code on cdkeys (Fifa 16) and we've redeemed it via our Xbox account on our PC. Code was accepted, redeem was recorded in Purchases section, game installed fine and plays fine. But when we log into out Xbox account on our
PC, the game doesn't show in My Games section. All other purchases and redemptions (via store on Xbox or our PC) are showing, except this one particular game. What gives? Thank you.

Warthog not showing up in Game or Manage Content

I redeemed the code I got for the warthog, but it is not showing up on my xbox.com account nor is it showing up on thee manage game screen to download. I redeemed the code on my console using the "Redeem code" function.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. Are you able to see the game in the store showing up as owned? How long ago was the game redeemed onto the account? Sometimes it can take a while for things to update across all mediums.
Let us know a bit more details about what you're seeing to determine how to best assist you.

 

Hi, George. Game was redeemed four days ago, on 11/21/18. Installed on the same day and plays as it should ever since then. It is also registered in Purchases section (order #2081428112). No problems with gameplay/installing/redemption whatsoever. Except
it doesn't show in My Games when logged into our Xbox account on PC.

All other games and DLCs appeared immediately after purchase/redemption. Not this one, which is kind of weird. So, should I wait a few more days or? One more thing. In Purchases, this copy of Fifa 16 shows as a bundle (FIFA
16 Xbox One Console Bundle), but it's not. It says 'This bundle includes', but nothing was bundled with it, just the game (it says 'EA SPORTS™
FIFA 16). Upon further inspection Fifa 16 Xbox One Console Bundle comes with FIFA 16 game and 3 Legends on loan for 5 Ultimate Team matches. But as I mentioned before, when clicking on 'This bundle includes' nothing shows up, just the game. Maybe that's
the problem?

Upon even further inspection, two more games are not showing in My Games when logged into Xbox account on PC. But, those were neither redeemed, nor purchased via Store. Those were secondhand games (NBA2K17 and Project Cars). NBA2K17 upon multiple retries
refused to install from the disc, although it doesn't have a single scratch on it, but it did eventually dowload from the servers and plays just fine. Project Cars installed from the disc, no problem whatsoever.

All three mentioned games show up on our Xbox and are functioning properly, but our missing from My Games on out Xbox account on PC. Is there a way to refresh My Games section when logged into Xbox account on PC? Thank you.

Thanks for your post. The games you have mentioned that are not showing up available could have been purchased/redeem on another account. Please review your

Order History to verify these items were purchased on the account being used, if they are not, try signing into any other Microsoft Account you may have used in the past.

Restart Xbox and the game will appear in the library.

Manage Games on Xbox App article. Normally, only playable games will show up on your Xbox App which is why you might not be seeing those two disc games. I am a huge FIFA guy, been playing since FIFA 03, so I may be able to give you a bit of insight as to
what you have in your hands at the moment. FIFA 16, has some of the smoothest gameplay in the series, but it does lack the recent innovations the newer versions have adapted into the online game modes. I see you have a bundle for it, but unfortunately you
won't be able to take advantage of the online bonuses and game modes since EA tends to only keep the servers for the two most recent games up and running.

 

Hi. Will try doing that. Btw, by restart you mean turn off Instant-on, switch to Energy Saving, turn the Xbox off, unplug from wall, wait a few minutes, replug it and switch on, right?

 

Hi. Nope. All games were redeemed/purchased via the same account. And everything is dandy in Purchases section, all redeemed/purchased games via Store/cdkeys appear there, even FIFA16. Those two secondhand games were probably used before, I'm sure they
were, maybe that's why they refused to install from a disc. But, as I said. Mortal Kombat XL was secondhand as was NBA2K17, but they both refused to install from disc. MKXL appears in My Games, NBA2K17 doesn't. Project Cars was also secondhand, but that one
installed from disc and appears in My Games. Will try turning off Instant-on, switch to Energy Saving, turn off the console, unplug from the wall, replug and switch back on. Maybe that will help. Thank you.

 

Hi, Lance. I wasn't clear enough. We're not using the Xbox app to log into our Xbox account. Just plain ol' Firefox, e.g. we're logging into our Xbox account via a web browser. We tried using Xbox app on Windoes 10, but it's even worse. I think maybe 2-3
games altogether appear in My Games section. Werid, eh?
