Redeemed game doesn't appear anywhere

    Redeemed game doesn't appear anywhere


    I've recently redeemed a game with a code I've wait near on 24 hours and the game still hasn't appeared in my library or in my ready to install, and the store isn't saying that I've redeemed it even though I've typed in the code correctly. Isn't there anyway
    I can get my game or was it a waste of a redeem code?

    Game not appearing on Xbox (while appearing on my microsoft account)

    I try to redeemed a game I bought. The games appears well on my microsoft account as purchased and completed but it doesn't appear on my Xbox. How can I reset my xbox or do something else to make it appear on my xbox?

    update- the game appears under PC although it was redeemed for the console

    What game did you redeem a code for? Was it for a game/version of a game that's only playable on Windows 10?

    I have tried everything and checked my history several times. It simply doesn't show up anywhere.

    Hi, thanks for the help so far! When I look at the game now it is as if i didn't buy it. Unfortunately I won't be able to reach customer support before monday, and I don't really want to buy it again untill this issue is solved... but I guess I'll have to
    be patient then.

    The game I bought was sea of thieves by the way.
