Redeemed game does not appear in my games on my Xbox.

Make sure the game you purchased was for the console and not PC.

Hi, Nestor. Tried everything, but redeemed game does not appear neither in My Games nor Order History/Purchases. It does not appear in Edge on Xbox, nor does it appear in Firefox (both on account.xbox.com and account.microsoft.com) on PC. It's as if the
game was never redeemed. But it was, and key was purchased on cdkeys IIRC and redeemed on console. What happens if we need to reformat or reset the console? How will we able to install the game if there's no record of it in Order History/Purchases? Can the
code be redeemed again?

To set your expectations properly, please be guided that this is a public community forum, so we are players like you, we are not employees of Microsoft or Xbox, so we do not have access to any user account or check anything from the forum. All users help each other with common problems.

Please verify the correct account. Make sure that you are logged into the correct account because games are purchased on one account but searched for on another will not show up from your Order history/game library.

And then log in to the account you used to buy the game and check your purchase history: https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history. This will confirm whether the purchase was successful.

My code was redeemed the day I posted this so the 8th. I have tried looking in my achievements and it isn't there, and when I compare games with others it also does not appear.
