    Redeemed Forza 6 issue


    Today I took my system to a friends house with Internet access to do a system update and to redeem a game code for forza 6. The redeem was successful but was unable to let the install run because I had to leave. When I hooked the system back up and went
    to run the install the game was gone. The 10 year anniversary car pack and forza hub install were still shown and queued but not the game. Also when attempting to install either of the other mentioned items they stop installing unexpectedly. What happened
    to my game and why isn't the rest of they item installing properly?

    QR code redeemed but game not downloading?

    Can anyone help please? I bought an X Box One with Forza 6 - have redeemed the QR code via the Kinect however the game is stuck at 0% loading. Have no idea how to resolve this issue.

    forza motorsports 6 rewards missing

    It says that for forza 6 I redeemed 1.500.000 and for forza horizon 2 5.400.000 so its only for 1 game I have been playing forsa since 2013

    If you go to My Games and Apps-> Games and scroll all the way to the right it shows all the games that you have available to download so you should find it there.

    As far as the installation being stopped, yeah that happens pretty frequently to me too. Not sure why but I just hit resume installation. Also make sure that you have enough space available on your hard drive for all the downloads.

    If you mean the rewards from the Forza Hub then 1,500,000 credits is split across all Forza games,not 1,500,000 credits just for Forza 6.

    The higher your tier the more credits you get per week if you redeem them every Friday.
