Redeemed Fortnite code not available on family account

When I go into fortnite shop there is no redeem code tab?

When I go to Microsoft and find fortnite and go to show all there's no transformer pack available to click on?

We tried going into the Xbox shop and putting in the code but it said it's already been redeemed

As long as the account you used on the Microsoft store is the same as your Xbox account, you should be able to see it in your purchase history.

Have you logged into Fortnite on your Xbox since you redeemed this code t9 see if what you redeemed is available in game and added to your account?

If the code is for Xbox, then there is no way to redeem on anything else except either the Xbox One, Microsoft redeem code website or the Microsoft store. You would also need an Xbox to play fortnite on, so you could get the Spider Knight Bundle for your
fortnite account.
