redeemed for a prize that was unavailable

So, I claimed a world of tanks pack for 100 gems. Got redemption email code, plugged it into xbox one under store redeemable codes. World of Tanks said not applicable, already used. Why are there gifts that can be claimed under other circumstances?

I appreciate the opportunity to do this, but its a let down when not getting the prize.

Thanks for the additional info. We are reaching out to our web team for assistance. To summarize your issue:

1) You have not received five vault prizes that you redeemed on December 18th. This was two Fallout Lunchbox prizes, two Warframe platinum prizes, and a Forza Driver Outfit.

2) You have successfully received your more recent vault prize you redeemed on January 2nd. When we resent your emails, this is the only prize that was resent.

Is this accurate? In particular for the second piece, can you confirm that only one prize was resent?

on that prize's redeem button.

 

You'll need to post in the support section of this forum so support can check into it for you.
