Redeemed DLC Codes for Gears 4 and no content is showing under manage game.

I receieved several codes for preordering Gears of War 4 as well as codes for having played older Gears of War games. I reddemed these codes on my Xbox One under my profile and I can't find the content anywhere I've looked under the manage games section
at the ready to download option and unfortunately nothing is there. This also happened to me with preorder content for Forza Horizon 3, the content has never appeared for that title either.

Rockstar Gears of War 4 Unlocked content

If you redeemed the codes and they said it should show up in the game, check the My Games & Apps section, go to Gears of War 4, press the View button to Manage the Game.

Check that it isn't under "Ready to install"

Forza Horizon 3 Warthog gone

I'm having a similar issue. The Warthog code says already redeemed but is not in the "Manage Game > Installed" screen under Horizon 3. No Warthog in game under gifts, DLC cars, or the MS store. I can't find a way to download anywhere.

I'm not 100% certsin but this may have resolved itself. It looks like I had all my packs and items in game once it started. I'll update with any change

Hello. I'm experiencing the same issue. I gifted an Xbox friend a DLC from Dead By Daylight. They redeemed the code, and it took them to the Microsoft store after the redeeming action was complete. We have exited and restarted the game, and also did a power cycle on the console. Checking under manage game and add-ons for the game does not show the DLC I gifted them. Going to the DLC separately in the store on their account only gives them an option to buy it and does not show it owned. Checking within the game itself for the content also only gives them an option to purchase and does not show the DLC is owned. Re-trying the code sent to them says the code has been redeemed. Under my recent transactions under billing, I see that they redeemed the code. What's the next step?

If you've already redeemed the code on your account not to worry. Once the content is released you'll have access to it. The season pass may not show up under your managed games but you'll still have access to the DLC

Let us know if you run into any issues
on release.

Highlight the game and press the menu button and then go to manage game. The Automatron DLC should show as ready to install. Choose that option and download the 1.1 GB DLC. Download content doesn't show under Ready to Install, only full games are available
there.
