my vip gem rewards codes still not recived

I redeemed another 100 points on GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems

using my main Xbox email address and received the code & code worked

I used my Xbox alternate email address with the other three redeemed items

04/07/2018 Forza Motorsport 7 Driver Gear -100 MyVIP Gems REDEEMED

when can i expect some support to help with my problem it has been nearly three weeks since i first posted on this "support" forum

Battleblock Theater Star Head Request

I farm Alien Hominid and Castle Crasher heads for other special heads and gems. Likewise, I buy special heads for higher gem counts, or bundle deals on regular heads, if AH and CC heads are already owned. My normal rate on average is one special head for
both AH and CC (along with one yarn or 5 gems to complete the trade).

I just realized I read your thread wrong. It's not possible to refund gems. Per the program's terms and conditions:

All redemptions for items from the MyVIP Vault Catalog are final and the MyVIP Gems will be deducted immediately from your Account.

No refunds will be provided on any item redeemed in the MyVIP Vault Catalog. If for any reason an item is received damaged, becomes unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled, Microsoft, in its sole discretion, will replace the item with one of equal or greater
value.

If I understood correctly, do you want to redeem a DLC that you already own?

Or do you want to redeem a code that includes this DLC + Call of Duty Black Ops 3?

If it's the second you're going to receive only Black Ops 3 because you already own the DLC

If the deadline for redeeming your gems has already passed, there would be no way to redeem them towards the card.

Yes you can redeem codes for some DLC you already own. If you already have the Cerberus Network don't waste the code by trying to redeem it, sell it on eBay or give it to a friend who bought the game second hand.
