    I have redeemed a digital code but was logged into my account rather than my sons .

    This has happened before which Microsoft managed to rectify but this time I am struggling to get any contact through contact us the purchase wont give me the option of a refund order history

    Same problem I type in the 25 digit code in the store "use a code" and it says "something went wrong" i try it on this website in the redeem a code section it says "somethign went wrong".

    I have three 25 digit codes straight from my bungie account.... this is BS

    The code is for redemption to assign it to your account, so the account that redeemed the code on the old laptop would still have the digital license for the game. The code is one-time use for acquiring that license. With the account that redeemed the
    code, you should be able to download it from the store with the account that purchased it. Are you using the same Microsoft Account on your new computer?
