redeemed codes not showing on Xbox One

If you're having trouble redeeming your free-fall code then visit xbox.com login to your account, go to redeem a code and then change your location to the United States.It should then let you redeem the code. I had to do this with mine. Then on your Xbox
One go to "My games & apps" highlight Call of Duty and press the start button and click "Show all add-ons" It should then show the option to download the Free Fall map.

If you go onto the xbox app on the pc there will be a redeem code section where you can enter the code and it will show you if it is valid by showing the game and if it is not valid it will tell you the code has already been redeemed. You can check the
code this way without redeeming it as it will show you the game and ask for final confirmation before it redeems to your account. You can also use the xbox app on your phone to check as well. I do this all the time. Just go to the xbox app click on Microsoft
store and then click on redeem a code and it will ask you to enter the code.

I got the Xbox One S GoW4 bundle myself, but I got the codes like 3-5 business days after registering/redeeming my GoW4 code. They showed up in my Xbox msg system on my pc... not sure how it would show up on xbox I then redeemed them from my pc not the xbox
as I don't use the xbox it's something I got for my family (kids & wife). But I'm sure you can redeem via the xbox as well. If you did redeem the GoW4 game I'd think you should have received the codes, they aren't emailed they just show up in the msg'ing
center thingy.

hi, thanks for your reply. They never turned up in 'games & apps' on the right-hand side but I did find them eventually when I clicked on each game and then went to 'manage game'. The only one that didn't show up was Shadow of Mordor and I had to go in to
Xbox Store, find the DLC's and then click on install! Think it might be because we have very poor internet here...which is just great for Xbox One!!!!! :/

Hey Tizzie, if you enter codes on the console then they will appear under the "Games" portion of the Games&Apps section. If you scroll all the way to the right while in "Games", you should see an area populate that has items that are purchased but have not
been installed (this is also where items will appear if you uninstall them). Sometimes it takes a few seconds for the items to appear there when you scroll all the way to the right, but that is where they should be. To download them, simply select the item,
hit the menu button, then select install/download. Let me know if they are showing up or not
