Redeemed codes not downloading

Recently codes I have been redeeming for Gears 4 haven't been showing up in my download. I got in contact with Microsoft support and was told it might be the insider preview programme that's causing the issue and was directed here to get assistance on the
problem. So any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

• Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
• In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
• You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
• Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

• From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
• If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
• If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

You'll want to post in the Xbox One Insider Program Forums for the best information and assistance. Since the update is still in the early stages,
things may not work correctly at times as it is a Beta. So they'll have the best insight and be able to troubleshoot any potential issues. If you want to opt out of the Insider Program, you can do so from the Insider App on the console. Keep in mind thought
that doing so, will cause your console to factory reset and any games and apps will need to be reinstalled to the console. They will be the best team to assist with this issue.
