    Redeemed codes do not appear in transaction history


    I redeemed three codes in November 2013 and they are not appearing in my transaction history. 2 of the codes unlocked digital content that is still working fine but the content from the third code has disappeared from my console. The official support will
    not help me because the three transactions do not appear in my history. is there some other way to view the redeemed code transactions?

    Money from Prepaid Code did not add to my account.

    I redeemed two prepaid codes today, one for $15 the other for $50. I was hoping to purchase watch dogs digitally on the xbox one, but the $50 code did not add to my account. The code worked like it should, but when I confirmed redeeming the code the money
    just didn't go into my account. The $15 code worked, but now when I try to redeem the $50 code again it says that the code has already been used. My account transaction history says that both of the codes were redeemed on my account, but only the $15 code
    was actually added. Will the $50 just appear in my account after a while? I don't know what to do.

    Cancelled download and cannot redeem, not in download history

    I accidentally cancelled the download when redeeming a code and it won't allow me to redeem it again and says its already redeemed. It does NOT appear in my Download History so I cannot restart it. What can I do?

    Redeemed codes do not appear in transaction history

    If the content is available for redownload you'll find it in your download history by going to System>Accounts>Download History on the console.

    If it is not there then perhaps it was redeemed on another account.

    Incorrect. I only have one account. I am currently using the content from 2 of the codes. The third has disappeared after using it for 2months. 2 of the codes appear in download history. None of the codes appear in transaction history.

    If this is the only account that you have on the console and the DLC is not listed in your Download History or in the transaction history at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account then there is nothing anyone here can do to help. Sorry.

    If the content is available for redownload you'll find it in your download history by going to System>Accounts>Download History on the console.

    If it is not there then perhaps it was redeemed on another account.

    If you received the gift and redeemed the code, it will appear in your transaction history.

    DLC content missing when downloading profile on "new" Xbox account.

    Thanks for that and even if it's a code that was redeemed, it will still show up but will have a status of "redeemed". All of our transactions through the Microsoft store including redeeming a code will show up on our order history.
