    Hello,

    I have had some problems with my windows 10 edition code given to me because I bought the java version but have been having problems because I don't recall redeeming the code however it is redeemed, I have been on 2 support lines and was given a link to
    here to receive help by Vienna D, I was wondering if I could find out what account the code has been redeemed on. If you require the code I would rather it be on something more secure as I will give some of my account details too

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Hey MinusHornet3372! We do not have the ability to determine which account has used a code here on the forums. Your best bet is to check any other accounts that are on your console or PC and see if they own Minecraft Windows 10 edition. Beyond that, you
    will need to purchase a new copy of the game in order to play. Thanks!

    If you mean redeeming the code, there are a number of ways to do it, you can redeem on the console, by going to the store, and finding the redeem code option, select it, and type in the code, and then redeem it. You can also redeem the code on the Microsoft
    store on Windows 10, by selecting the three dots on the top right next to your gamerpic, then select redeem code, and type in the code and redeem it. or you can redeem the code on the Xbox app on iOS or Android. You can also redeem the code on account.microsoft.com
    too.
