    Redeemed code, where is my content?


    Redemeed a code for FIFA17 content last night and it is nowhere to be found in game or in the download que section. Even purchased the same content on an seperate bnk account to make sure it wasn't the EA servers being silly. Had succes doing that so im
    not sure what went wrong. What do I need to do to get this resolved?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

    Let's try a few troubleshooting steps.

    1. Try Power Cycling your console and then rebooting the game to see if the content if there:

    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    2. If that does not work try uninstalling Fifa 17 and reinstalling it to see if the content shows then.

    Where did you try to redeem the code?

    I think you have to redeem the code in game. There should be an option on the main menu that says additional content and it lets you redeem the code there.

    Sorry but if you redeemed the code on the Microsoft store, that's where your going to get the content, not on steam or other stores. The redeemed content should be ready to install or you can check on your purchase history.

    Redeeming the code and downloading the content are two different steps. Once you redeem the code the DLC is yours, and you can then download it when and where you can by going to your Download History.
