Redeemed code on Xbox app, can't find the game

Hi guys

I bought fifa 20 online and received a code for the game. Since redeeming codes is much easier in the app i did it there. But the game doesn't show up on my console. I habe tried checking the Xbox assistent and there i can se the game. I have also tried
unplugging the Xbox at night. Now its been a day since redeeming the code and still the game is not to be found anywhere.

Anyone who has an idea what to do?

Hello, i got my code in my xbox messaging app and was going to redeem it last week but the message with the codes seem to have disappeared. i can't find the message with the code to redeem the game.

How do I launch the app on my xbox one? I redeemed the code online but can't find it.

You should also take a look at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to see wether it shows up there (it should either way, no matter wether you used a code
or bought it directly from the Microsoft Store).

Have you checked your "Ready to Install" games or the Fifa 20 entry on the store wether you are able to download it from there?

Make sure you are also logged in on the Xbox with the correct account that was used to redeem the code. You may have redeemed the code using a different account.
