    promo codes for games not working with 16 digits or less?

    All Xbox codes are 25 digits not just new ones

    However promotional codes that are lrss then 25 aren't redeemed on Xbox live usually you follow the instructions to a certain website to redeem the codes

    My basic question is this. Will premium work with both accounts, no matter what xbox I'm on, and will I be able to redeem my promo code again if I get a new xbox.

    If you have already redeemed a code it will not work on a new account. Unfortunately this is true with all redeemable codes on xbox and i would assume other platforms unless otherwise stated
