    Redeemed code is not appearing on my account


    I have just recently purchased an XBox One which came with 2 games. I managed to activate and download one of them. However the other game (Apex) is not loading to my account. I have redeemed the code successfully and it confirmed it will appear on my
    account for download, but it is not appearing. Network connection is okay. If I go back to redeem the code again it says it has already been redeemed. Do you know what to do in such a case? Chatbot on Microsoft could not help me. Thanks for your responses!

    Hi, my name is Bella and welcome to Xbox. Go to the Xbox Store and type in Apex in the search. This is how you get the store

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/browse-xbox-stores    .Then download the game from there. Apex is a free game so you shouldnt have any issues. And if the code came with something, example Apex coins, you will see it in game.

    Good day

    Have you checked in your order history on your account on the website to see if it is there?

    If it is there do a hard reset/power cycle on your console by pressing and holding the xbox logo in the front until it switches off. Waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it back on.

    Should show in your ready to install section of your library after this.
