redeemed code forza 7

Hi,

I bought a Forza Motorsport 7 code on G2A and I had a message that says the code has been redeemed. I contact with G2A support and they say me I need to aport proofs of i don't used the code after i bought on G2A. they ask me for the date and time of the
activation. Can you please tell me at what time and day this code was activated?

i brought forza 7 ultimate edition and iv redeemed the code yet im missing the car pass and the day 1 car pack any help please

Verify that You're using the same account where you redeem the code.

Also other options you can try it's go to store and search Forza 7.
