Redeemed code for Live Gold but it does not show anywhere

If you're talking about redeeming a trial code(2,7 or 14 days), they don't reflect on the accounts subscription. Only paid subscriptions and the exception of the free 1 month trial will show up. So there's actually no problem at all with your account.

From the looks of it, this account that you are posting on does not have an XBOX Live Gold membership attached to it. If you believe that you've entered a subscription code and redeemed it successfully it would show here under
the billing summary that you have redeemed something.

If you do not see something there and are 100% positive that you have redeemed this code on this account then you will need to contact phone support.

Your account does not show as a gold member. Are you sure that you're signed in with the same account where you redeemed the code?

I just got my new day one edition and redeemded the code trough kinect.

Xbox said all was good but it does not show up anywhere and i did not get a popup either.

when i tried day one card again it offcourse says that i already redeemed it.

Still does not show up anywhere on the one or on xbox.xom neother
