    Redeemed code for FIFA 15, but I can't download it or play it


    I redeemed a code for FIFA 15 for Xbox 360 through the online facility, and the code was accepted, but the game isn't available in My Games or in any other place I can see to download and play. Checking the game on the store, it doesn't recognise I own it
    - the only option is to buy it.

    What do we really with 14 days xbox live gold trial code which we get with Xbox One bundle?

    I purchased an new xbox one (with free Fifa 15) and it came with Xbox live Gold Trial for 14 days. I redeemed my code but it shows nowhere that my Gold subscription is active. I can't download any game which if free with Gold subscription.

    I got the code from mmoga and the code is just for fifa 15 it says, so could the problem be that the normal fifa 15 is not available,only the holiday bundle,and i have to Waite for the normal fifa 15 to go back on the market before i can redeem my code

    I redeemed my FIFA 15 game by using a QR card from Xbox one.

    Same issue here. I redeemed FIFA 15 today on my new xbox with the code bundled with the purchase.

    It first showed in the queue but then it disappeared altogether. Now I can't see the game anywhere.

    FIFA is launch in our side of world on 26th Sep.

    I'm having problems with new Xbox One. Created account for my son yesterday and we used a code to redeem FIFA 15, then I think we might have been victims of Lizard hacker and had various problems. His account is now locked and I can't seem to reset it or
    change password. Meanwhile we can play Minecraft on my profile, but we can't get into Fifa 15 because it says the purchaser needs to be connected to Xbox live. What can I do?
