    Hello

    A little while ago I bought gta iv on Steam. I wanted to play online but the in-game code redeemer said my code was invalid. I logged in on the Microsoft site and redeemed the code "succes". when I go my profile and then to "my games" the game is not there,
    when I try to redeem the code again it says that it has already been used. please help!

    Xbox live membership on Amazon gone wrong

    I purchased Xbox live from Amazon. It's saying its on my Microsoft acc in subscriptions. It's not showing on Xbox when I try to type in the code manually it's saying its been redeemed already,help!!!

    Halo 4 pre order dlc missing

    I've got the exact same problem as LAA51. My brother bought the game and redeemed the codes, but me and my younger brother didn't get it. When I bought the legendary edition of Halo Reach I redeemed the codes, and they got acces just fine.

    I hope this is a temporary thing? Anyone knowns it will be patched? Or is this solvable with some deleting and reinstallling?

    If you purchased a game on Steam, you should not have been able to redeem the code via the Microsoft site. Especially given that the GFWL Marketplace has been shut down for quite some time. You'll want to contact Steam support and let them know you are having
    an issue with the code that you purchased through them.

    If you purchased a game on Steam, you should not have been able to redeem the code via the Microsoft site. Especially given that the GFWL Marketplace has been shut down for quite some time. You'll want to contact Steam support and let them know you are having
    an issue with the code that you purchased through them.

    We see the code assigned to your account was redeemed by KLLDZR. Since the code was redeemed on that account, it is no longer available.

    where did you purchase the code? What website are you trying to use to enter it?

    So i purchase the code from a seller of g2a.com. I use the redeem.microsoft.com and i put the right login and of course the right code by copy and paste.

    sometimes it say: You may need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may not be eligible to redeem the code.

    how do i get eligible to redeem the code.

    do i have to speak directly with microsoft support to get the acces to reclaim the code?
