    So the other day I redeemed a code for Mortal Kombat xl pack. All I really needed was the Kombat pack 2 but it was a cheaper deal for the xl pack. When I check what I own for Mortal Kombat, the xl pack tells me I have to purchase it. But the Kombat pack
    2 says I already owned 5/10/2016. That is when I redeemed the code for the xl pack.

    Technically it doesnt matter since like I said, all I needed was the Kombat pack 2 but since I redeemed the code for the xl pack I feel like it should show as something I own the rights to.

    Is this common with digital content? Or just Mortal Kombat? Because when I bought Mortal Kombat is was some Premium version with the dlc. The Premium version has been removed but when I check the standard version it says I dont own it. If my hard drive dies
    or something I dont even know how I would re-download this game.

    If you purchased a digital code from a 3rd party retailer that is showing as redeemed already, you will want to reach out to that specific retailer you purchased from for assistance. We're unable to assist with codes purchased from 3rd party retailers if
    they were already redeemed.

    Purchased content showing as purchased, but not there!

    I am having this same problem and it said to check xbox live connection and when i did it said I had a matchmaking service alert but nothing about it on website. I bought tomb raider and it will not download will it says it did but it is not there.

    Hey there CERNUNNOS.

    The content that you own should automatically show up in your Ready to Install list, so long as you're signed in with the profile that you redeemed the code on. If you visit Games & Apps and press the menu button (the hamburger button) on Mortal Kombat and
    select manage game, do you see the content as installed?

    If you're see that the code has already been redeemed, can you search the Xbox 360 Store for the content? It should show as purchased if the code was redeemed on your account. Let us know how it goes :)

    Sign on at https://account.microsoft.com and look at your purchase history. This will also show you content you've redeemed to your account via redemption codes. Do you see the content in that list?

    Once you try to redeem the code by entering the code, just before the option to redeem, it will show you what content is the code for. If you can see the content description, code is valid.

    Hi, did you check on other emails / accounts to see if you're able to see the content?

    When you redeem a code, (or make a digital purchase) the content is attached permanently to the Microsoft account used to redeem the code / made the purchase
