Redeemed code- cant find game

We bought a new xbox one and received 3 x games with it. I redeemed the Windows version of Minecraft on the Xbox. I then realised it was another code I had to redeem for the xbox version, which I entered and my son has played. Now, he wants to play on the
PC and I cant find the game in my account. When I log on to my PC via Microsoft login, it says the code has already been redeemed. The card says Windows 10 Full Game Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta. Can any one help on this one? Thanks in advance

Stoopid question, but with everyone now having NXE, the instructions on the back of the manual are out of date, so where on earth do i go to redeem the code as i can no longer find an option called 'redeem code' will it work if i just select any song to download and then enter the code there? or is there an option within RB2 to redeem the code(not seen on if there is)

Go to my library.

it should be there to download again.

 

hello i had the same issue but on the opposite end i redeemed a code on the microsoft store on pc and cant play it on xbox

 

If you have redeemed the code under the same account you will find it at your games library

 

Hey, there are two ways to find your new game:

1. Like already mentioned, open your 'Games & apps', go to the 'Ready to install' section (you might have to press the 'Refresh'-button at the top of the list) and find your new game there.

2. Go to the Xbox Store and simply search for your new game. After going to the games page you should see the option to install the game (or play, if it's already installed due to remote download).
