Redeemed code and installed game (Ace Combat 6) but on launch it suggests I buy it again

"We are thinking that this problem may be generated from a problem with your licenses, and we can suggest to resolve it this way:

It will be necessary to get in touch with the Xbox team asking them to check your licenses, and to fix this problem, we can confirm that they can actually do it =)"

How to I go about getting this sorted?

Have redeemed code and installed game (Ace Combat 6) but on launch it suggests I buy it again.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Have checked game list and it's not there.

This is particularly strange as once I put code in and downloaded/installed, I played a game that needed an account set up which I did and it saved.

One thing I should mention is that Ace Combat 6 is backward compatible and I played it on my Xbox one S.

Looks like I will need to contact support.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with this game itself. Go ahead and go through your Order History to confirm the game is showing redeemed successfully on your account. Click on the following link for help with checking your order history.

Check your Xbox purchase history

If you see the game then go ahead and
Remove your account from the Xbox and then Add it back then give it another try.

Turned XBOX S on this morning and after a couple of minutes I got a notification that Ace Combat 6 was ready to play. No contact with support made. 8)

Working well so far.
