Redeemed cdkeys code not showing up in order history

Hi!

Hope someone can help me? I’ve ordered and received a code for Tekken on XBOX One, bought from cdkeys[dot]com. I’ve managed to redeem it, and saw the confirmation screen that the game was added to my main email address, which I also use for my XBOX profile.
However, the game never got added to my games on XBOX, and also doesn’t show up in my order history. I’ve reached out to cdkeys, and they confirm that the key was redeemed, and that I needed to contact MS for this.

Anyone know how to solve this?

Wow, a hard reset helped there, and game is now ready to install! Perfect

It still doesn’t show up in my order history though, but yay anyway !

Also you can check accounts.microsoft.com to ensure it got added to your account.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
