    Hi

    I've recently purchased a CDKeys code for Tiny Tina's Wonderland. Double checked it's for the Xbox One and it's the UK version, so no issues there.

    I redeemed it on the Xbox app on PC under my account, but it doesn't seem to have added it onto my account and if I try to enter it again it comes up with that it's already been redeemed. There's also no download option for this game showing up on my console or anything about this game in my order history.

    I contacted CDKeys but they've told me to contact Microsoft as it seems like a platform problem - can someone help?

    Unauthorized third party sellers are not supported, you’ll have to take it up with them

    If it’s not Best Buy, Amazon, target, Gamestop, or your local equivalent, they’re probably not authorized

    Hi RachelSelkirk, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders let me know if you can see the order transaction for the game stated as "redeemed". Kindly check on your order history as well on your Xbox console.

    1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    3. Select Order history to view your purchases.

    If you can't see the transaction from there kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own as you may have redeemed it under the wrong account.

    Once you were able to locate it kindly remove and re-add your account on your Xbox console.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

    Are you sure you didn't buy the pc version or ps

    Yes people made that mistake before

    Wow, a hard reset helped there, and game is now ready to install! Perfect :)

    It still doesn’t show up in my order history though, but yay anyway !
