Redeemed but unable to download Halo 5

Discus and support Redeemed but unable to download Halo 5 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi I just bought the Xbox One Halo 5 package. Done the setup and also redeemed the Halo 5 code.     Hi

    I just bought the Xbox One Halo 5 package.

    Done the setup and also redeemed the Halo 5 code.

    But somehow I'm still unable to download the game for free.

    Deleted the profile and reinstalled as per your chat tech but still the same.

    Please help.

    Halo ODST Code Resend

    Hi,

    I was unable to download Halo ODST this summer and my code expired. I am just getting back into Halo with Halo 5, and would like to access ODST.

    Did you check to ensure that there were not multiple codes on the card? Sometimes, when there is extra DLC offered, all codes are put on one card.

    i managed to scratch out all my cards and try again... so apparently we used the wrong codes

    Thoughts on what Halo Infinite will do with the franchise.

    Hopefully it will bring back the original Halo feel as Halo 5 kind of ruined Halo for me (it was the the most boring one) in my opinion. I am hoping Halo Infinite will redeem my feelings of the take on Halo 5
