redeemed battlefield 4 battlepack codes but not recieving anything in game

I redeemed several "Slim Jim" xbox one battlefield 4 battlepack codes earlier today and nothing has shown up in game. I entered the codes via this website, by using the code redeem option under my account and I was given confirmation
that they'd worked. But nothing is coming through on the xbox one.

Did I mess something up by entering them via the site instead of entering them on the console? There doesn't seem to be a way to track xbox one download history or code use history. All I can say for certain is the site accepted the codes, and attempting
to re-enter them results in a "this code has been used message."

Is there something I need to do from the console to get the in game content to show up?

Slim Jim Promotion

Has anyone bought any slim jims for the Battlefield 4 promotion? Each selected slim jim you buy has a credit value. You can redeem them for bonus XP, various battlepacks, and other things. I bought a couple of the long slim jims and redeemed a gold battlepack. Do you think they are worth they are worth it?

theres also apparently a code on the back of mcdonalds receipts that gets you a $10 origin coupon code, making it $20 for battlefield 4, or 5 more dollars to include the expansion pack and 3 gold battlepacks

 

Does your profile on the Xbox and your Origin ID (used to sign into Battlelog) share the same email address?

 

I have just encountered the exact same problem using a Bronze Battlepack code from the Prima Official Game Guide. I used the xbox.com web site to redeem the code, which it told me that I now owned a Bronze Battlepack, but it doesn't show up in game. When
I try to redeem from the Store on the Xbox One itself, I am told the code has already been used.

My guess is that xbox.com ##%@-ed up and applied the code to XBox 360 since the xbox one friends list functionality is only half baked.

 

I am having the exact same issue. While I am happy to see it is not just me that is having this issue, it is very frustrating to see that this is an ongoing issue.

I hope someone can shed some light on how to fix this very soon.

 

Same issue here. I redeemed a Gold Battlepack code on this website and it didn't work. I redeemed a bronze battlepack code ingame and it worked just fine. I think Palamino might be correct in thinking that the code was applied to xbox 360 through this website
and not xbox one.

 

Close out of the game and hit the menu button, then click show all add-ons and you have to manually download the battlepacks.

 

I am a little more than upset right now, that this has yet to be resolved.

Has anyone been able to fix this yet?
