Redeemed and downloaded Halo MCC ODST campaign but campaign disappeared.

I received the XBL message with my code to redeem the Halo ODST campaign for the Master Chief Collection sometime this summer and I downloaded it. I made sure to confirm that the campaign was in my game and it was. When I logged into my account recently
after a short absence, however, I noticed the campaign disappeared. I want to know if I can re-redeem the campaign or if there is something else I can do to play the Halo ODST campaign?

I received the code, I downloaded and installed the game, but I can't see it among the Halo MCC campaigns. How can I do to play ODST on my Xbox One?

Hi can you please resend my Halo 3 ODST campaign code.

When i received it i had given up on the Master Chief collection due to all its issues, so i never redeemed the code, but now i have come back to the game and wish to play the ODST campaign i was eligible for as i bought the MCC at launch and played during
the allotted time you had to to be eligible for the free ODST campaign as part of the compensation 343 was giving out to players to say sorry for all the issues the MCC had.

Since it was sent to me as a message on xbox live and it was a few months back, the message has disappeared so i cant redeem my code.

Please can you resend the code eitehr to my email or to my xbox again.

It sounds like the code may have been redeemed on a different account on the console. Try signing in with other accounts that may have been used with the code and if you're still not seeing the content please reach out to
