    I redeemed a code 12 months xbox live gold, the code was redeemed correctly, but now xbox live does not work, telling me "problem related to the search for previously purchased content or the purchase of new content found by some members has been identified"

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    12 Month Code Cancelled

    In February of 2017, I purchased a 12 month Xbox Live redemption code and redeemed it later that month. However, soon after this I was awarded 1 free month of Xbox Live. I redeemed that code as well, about a month later. Now, in late August, my 12 Month
    membership has been canceled without warning. WTF?

    to check on the status of your subscription. If everything is active then I would

    to get the issue resolved.

    Purchase of items, redemption of codes or download of purchases

    What kind of problem is this?

    it's the first time i saw that.
