Redeemed Agent Origins DLC Code for Division but it never installed

Prevention SrS has answered the thread 4 times about "servers restarting" but when does that happen? Every time I asked the rep on chat, the question got ignored. Is that something that happens every day? Because if it does, it's not fixing the problem.
I still can't find mine.

 

This is not a reward vendor or Season Pass item. It's a separate piece of DLC that isn't showing up on people's Xbox, much less in-game.

 

Same problem with several items like the ubisoft go bag,and the agent origins pack. Got a second email cuz the first didn't show the code,and now I redeemed the code thru the Xbox website to have it ready for when I got home from working and it's not installed
,and worst of all is I can't input the code again thru the console cuz I already used it once. Frustrating:/

 

This is still broken. When I verify my Gold Edition and Agent Origins are in my inventory via the Xbox web site, I can see them listed but clicking on them takes you to an "Ooops things have moved" page. So this is still an issue and I have seen no answers
to this that are actually true.

 

Having the same issue this morning. My hazmat gear is all there, but the Agent Origins stuff never made it to the rewards vendor and I can't find any mention of any of the gear sets in the Xbox Store or when I select Manage Game.

 

I got the first email and I had an orange box for the agent origins redeem code. The second email gave me the code and I used it on my Xbox but it didn't download and it wasn't in my queue or my download history in my account. So I tried to download it through
the division redeem code and it told me it was already used. I really want that unique gear and weapons..

 

I'm having the same issue. If Xbox would just put the AGENT ORIGINS set on the marketplace, I could download them manually. However, aside from the "my games" list on Xbox.com, the pack doesn't seem to exist. It's frustrating to know that the code is redeemed
but there's still no way to get it.

 

TELL US WHEN THE UPDATE STARTS FFS!!!!!

 

Also I just got the email for the 25 digit code, and when I put it in, it says the code has already been used. How can I fix this?!

 

Hey, Erad. You will want to reach out to Ubisoft about supplying you a replacement code. We are unable to provide codes that were sent to one's email.

Ba1zOut5150 - You will probably want to reach out to Ubisoft about that, too. We do not have control over when they release updates.
