    Redeemed Agent Origins DLC Code for Division but it never installed


    I redeemed the code for the Agent Origins DLC for The Division, right after redeeming the code for the HazMat Gear Set. The Hazmat gear set installed, but the Agent Origins Gear has not downloaded on my console and now the code has been used. It is not in
    my queue, ready to install, notificiations, or anywhere on Xbox.com. I'm pretty upset about this, you can't get any more of those codes. Xbox Support said the code was attached to my account but they told me to try troubleshooting stuff I have already done.

    The Division Agent Origins Pack

    I also do not have the pack even after redeeming a code. I redeemed the code a week ago, bought The Division a few days ago and there is no extra DLC for the Division other than the Hazmat Pack. Agent Origins Pack is not showing up in game either.

    the Agent Origins website now says "this offer is expired" so thats alarming...

    The Division Agent Origins Pack

    I redeemed my code for the Agent Origins pack that Ubisoft sent me for exclusive character and weapon skins. When I redeemed the code a message came up and said "success you now own the agent origins pack" but nothing downloaded. When I try to use the
    code again it says it has already been used. I was wondering why nothing has downloaded yet? Will it download when the game is released on March 8th?

    If you redeemed the code just wait until Xbox Servers update, that's what I've been told by support. Once the Xbox Servers Update it will show up on your Download History "Manage Game" and the Update for the Xbox servers are are not in the same time zone
    you would be in. I think the Time Zone for Xbox Servers is Pacific.

    I also have the same problem and I asked them if they were 100% that I owned the DLC and they said "Yes, just wait till the Xbox Servers Update." they can also confirm if you own it, if you'd like to just use chat support just so you can make sure. Hope

    Ok thanks guys. I talked to chat support and they had me delete my profile and what not and then reset the license to it on my profile but still nothing so I will wait until the servers update.

    After the servers have restarted It'll be available in the marketplace if you guys aren't able to see them in "Manage Game" (Download History) have fun and enjoy Redeemed Agent Origins DLC Code for Division but it never installed :D

    Same issue here. I redeemed the code but the items are nowhere to be found.

    Nothing appears under manage game....not even the "show all add-ons" option. Searching for the packs in the store gives no results.

    I have the same issue, I am on the Xbox One and I cannot access download history, and I cannot find the show all add-ons button you are all talking about. Pretty upset about the whole thing. If anyone has a way to fix it please let me know asap!
