Redeemed a voucher on wrong gamertag

Hiya,

I have had a code for 3 months game pass which i purchased off Amazon in June 2019.

when I finally got round to redeeming it through the Amazon site it took me through to the wrong e-mail address with the wrong gamertag that hasn't been used in years and added it to that ... I now have 3 months on the wrong account that isn't used in at
least 10 years but the e-mail it is associated with is still in use.

How do i remove the 3 months from that account and add it to the correct account? My original plan was to top up the 3 months onto the Game pass I have that expires in August 2020. But now I have added 3 months to an account that isn't used anymore is practically
wasted.

I can't get in touch with Microsoft and hope I can get some help from the community.

Regrettably, redeemable codes and subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts. You can contact support as previously advised, but be aware that there is no guaranteed outcome.

this is something that cannot be resolved on your end. You will need to reach out to the
Xbox Support Team in order to have them investigate the issue and take the appropriate action. We will provide steps on how to contact the support team. Be sure to let us know

Click the support team link we provided
Select Contact Us
Select Subscriptions & billing in the first drop down box
Select I can't redeem a code in the second drop down box
Select Next
Select Chat Online or Request a call

Sadly you can't remove it and put in another account that's impossible because that not support by Microsoft i didn't know if you have do that with anther account ( but with Microsoft you can't)
