    Redeemed a Halo: Reach product key issue


    I redeemed a product key that I bought yesterday on internet, but it doesn't shows up in the my recent orders. It appears in the " ready to install" section, I can download it but I can't play it because of the 0x803F8001 error. I already tried to restart
    the console but it didn't solve a thing. What should I do?

    Hello Frigoa,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Try clearing your local 360 saves from the Xbox one. This will not clear your saves from the cloud server, it will only clear the saves from the hard drive. From your settings, go to storage. Then, select Clear
    local 360 saves.

    The console will restart itself, try launching the game after the restart

    Sometimes the issue is just with Xbox servers. Every digital download you get has like a certification that shows you own this app. I think that it might be Xbox servers just not seeing that info or something like that. My tip is just to Remove your account
    from your Xbox and restart it. Then just sign in again. Hope this helps.

    It won't appear because it looks like if you redeem a xbox backward compatible game it won't appear
