Redeemed a Game Code, not showing up

I hope this is the right place, just unboxed my first Xbone. The console came with a code for Forza Horizon 2. The first time I entered the code to redeem (Did this on my PC) it gave an error and said to try again. Re-entered the code and it was successful.
Now, the game does not show up under my games, and is no where to be found. Tried putting the code in again and it said it had already been claimed. Any ideas?

PS.

I don't know if this is normal, but when I went to the support page and attempted to start a live chat, the first and last name fields were not clickable, and without entering a name it would not let me continue to support. I thought this was very strange.

Warthog not showing up in Game or Manage Content

I redeemed the code I got for the warthog, but it is not showing up on my xbox.com account nor is it showing up on thee manage game screen to download. I redeemed the code on my console using the "Redeem code" function.

 

Destiny codes not working

Having the same issue. Redeemed my limited edition codes on xbox.com but they are not showing up in-game

 

It should show up in your "Ready to Install" section under Games and Apps. If it does not appear there try a hard reboot (hold the power for 10 sec till it turns off, unplug for 5 minutes, plug in and power up). Then see if it appears.

 

Reboot does nothing. The game does not show up at all under My Games on my XBOX account from my PC.

I'm pretty frustrated that the *** live support isn't working. Is this just me or? Still can't enter my name in the required fields to get a support chat going.
