Redeemed a code to wrong place

I have accidentall redeemed a DLC code to the Microsoft Store rather than Games Pass thinking it would have the same result. Now i dont have the DLC on my Games Pass game nor can i activate it on Games Pass because it says it has already been redeemed. What do you do to get this resolved?

It seems you had different accounts connected to your Microsoft store and on your Xbox app.

Once you redeem a content to an account, it's not possible to transfer that contetn to another one.

What you could try to do is to reach out Xbox Support by requesting a callback to see if they could help you in this matter.

I've tried on console first, says I may need to redeem in another site. Same as the microsoft redeem page.

You could also try redeeming them on a console, but you may want to check and see if the codes are only for new subscribers. If you've already had Game Pass, you would not be considered a new subscriber and would get that message.

As mentioned if they are trial codes you can't redeem them or stack them

They only can be used once and only if you never had gamepass

If you used the 1 dollar 3 month deal that counts

You need to do it on an account that never had Game Pass before. I think you need some store balance or a credit card linked to it to redeem though.
