    Redeemed a code online but game did not queue and download on XBOX


    I purchased an XBOX One with bundled games. Two of the codes loaded through Kinect with no issues. For the third, I kept getting an error and a message indicating that I should try again later. So I logged in and registered the code online and it appeared
    to work with no issues. The game was correctly identified and I received a message indicating that the game would download automatically on my XBOX. However, after 2 days, the game does not appear there. Online, it appears that I do own the game. How do
    I prompt the XBOX to download the game?

    FIFA 14 code redeemed but no download?

    The game will not start downloading automatically unless you redeemed the code on your xvox. Go to your download queue. Have a look at this link

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-download-queue     to see how to manage your queue

    How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

    Last time I redeemed a code on Xbox One, it automatically went to my queue, which is in My Games & Apps.

    When it's done downloading, it should be in "Games".

    Have you checked your "Ready To Install" list to see if the game is listed there?

    Alternatively, you can also search for the games on your Xbox One's Store and you should have an install option. Redeemed a code online but game did not queue and download on XBOX :)

    I've had this issue since the last preview update. I've had to hard reboot the console to get the content to show up in my ready to install list. Hold your power button for 10sec or till it turns off, unplug the console for 5min, plug back in and turn it
    on. Then check your ready to install list.

    I've had this issue since the last preview update. I've had to hard reboot the console to get the content to show up in my ready to install list. Hold your power button for 10sec or till it turns off, unplug the console for 5min, plug back in and turn it
    on. Then check your ready to install list.

    i just got my new xbox one from ny and have a problem

    Usually you get a 25-digit code on a card to get your game. Redeem this code on your Xbox and then the game should appear downloading in the games and apps section in the download queue or at least on the very far right as "ready to install".

    If you did not receive a downloadcode within your Xbox contact the one you purchased the Xbox from.
