    Hi. I recently purchased FIFA 14 and it came with a FIFA 14 ultimate team legends code. I decided to redeem it on xbox.com, so I did. I then went on my xbox one and could not find the addon anywhere. I tried to re-enter the code on my xbox but it said that
    it had already been used. I have been looking for a while now, but I cant find anything. How can I get this addon to download on my xbox one?

    Hi,

    I joined the 2013 Xbox Live Update Xbox 360 Public Beta and received a code to redeem. But instead of redeeming it on my console, I accidently redeemed it on xbox.com.

    Now the code "has already been redeemed" of course. And the points don't show up on my profile. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    sum things up i put day one achievement on xbox.com and dint show up but says redeemed cant find in any history

    Redeemed a code on xbox.com but doesn't show up on Xbox One

    My Games & Apps > Games > [highlight] FIFA 14 > [press] Menu (button with three horizontal lines) > Manage Game

    Have a look there and hopefully there are a number of tiles on that screen, one of which is the content you seek. Press A on it and it should allow you to download and install.

    Sadly, all that is there is: uninstall FIFA 14 and Saved Data. I could not find it. Any other ideas?

    Yes when in the manage game tile press the button with lines on it(start button) and there should be more options to manage your game hope this helps

    redeemed battlefield 4 battlepack codes but not recieving anything in game

    I have just encountered the exact same problem using a Bronze Battlepack code from the Prima Official Game Guide. I used the xbox.com web site to redeem the code, which it told me that I now owned a Bronze Battlepack, but it doesn't show up in game. When
    I try to redeem from the Store on the Xbox One itself, I am told the code has already been used.

    My guess is that xbox.com ##%@-ed up and applied the code to XBox 360 since the xbox one friends list functionality is only half baked.

    Did the codes state they were successfully redeemed or did they give you an error code?

    And by showing up here do you mean that the Points show up correctly on your account at xbox.com?

    If the code successfully redeemed over here on Xbox.com the title should show up in your Ready To Install list. Be sure you're signed in with the same account that redeemed the code :)

    And when it doesn't say you have any additional content? This is a legitimate problem with Xbox One support. Don't ever try to redeem codes for Xbox One content on a website that doesn't support the One, like xbox.com.
