    Hi. i went to redeem a sweepstakes code for a free copy of the master chief collection and was intending to get the PC version but i got the xbox one version by accident. i don't have an xbox one so is there a way i can swap it out for the PC version i intended
    to get?

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    Just to clarify, did you originally redeem the code for Halo: The Master Chief Collection while signed in with your Rekrap555 account? It may be possible that a different profile was signed in when you redeemed your code.

    Yes once redeemed you can't refund a prepaid code once you redeem it this is regardless of physical or digital

    Fyi master chief collection titles are play anywhere which means you must.have the system specs for them
