Redeemed a Code but the game does not came under Ready to Install

Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes (also to me) with games you own and them not appearing under the Ready To Install list. An easy way to work around it is to simply go into the Store, manually search for the game using the search bar, and go to
the game there as if you were going to buy it. When you look at the game in the Store, instead of saying "Buy", it will say "Install" as it will recognize that you own it. So that should work for you. I know I have multiple games that I own that don't show
in my Ready To Install list and have probably forgotten about by now as I own so many games. But good luck and at least you should be able to install and play it that way.

Have you done a hard reset/power cycle of the console? It does take some time to register on the console that you have the game. A hard reset will refreah your console so that it will resync to the service and your game should show up under the ready-to-install
list.

Hello, you say you have entered the code online but where does the code come from? And then are you sure it's right for your area. If it comes from a foreign store and it is
not the same version as your store, it appears normal that it is not downloadable and yet visible on your purchase history. More information seems necessary to find the solution, can you tell us more?

Sorry to hear that the code has already been used. If you're on an Xbox One, let's have you visit Games & Apps and scroll to the right under Games. Does Fifa 16 show up under Ready To Install?

If you're not seeing the game under your Ready To Install list, is it possible another user on the console was signed-in when you originally redeemed the code? Also, where did you pre-order the code? Was it from a verified retailer?

The game should show as ready to install under Games and Apps. The game should be tied to the account that originally redeemed the code for the game.
