redeemed a code but not showing up for multiplayer

Thanks for that and even if it's a code that was redeemed, it will still show up but will have a status of "redeemed". All of our transactions through the Microsoft store including redeeming a code will show up on our order history.

Make sure you have entered the code using your child's account, otherwise it will not show up in game. It will only show up for the account that was used to redeem the code.

Yes you should get a email with the code and then go to callofduty.com/camo-redemption sign in with your elite account and redeem the code and within 24 hours or less it will show up in your list of camos under DLC. Mine showed up a few mins after I redeemed
my code.

Reboot does nothing. The game does not show up at all under My Games on my XBOX account from my PC.

I'm pretty frustrated that the *** live support isn't working. Is this just me or? Still can't enter my name in the required fields to get a support chat going.
