    redeemed a code but didn't get products


    i redeemed an xbox code on my pc. it was a fortnite bundle and my microsoft and xbox accounts were linked to my epic. i went onto fortnite on my pc and i haven't received anything. i went to my recent purchases for microsoft and it says that i have redeemed the code and received the products

    Please make sure you got the code for the exact platform you are on. If youre on PC and it's an Xbox code, it'll only work on Xbox as it states.

    Once a code is redeemed it cannot be transferred or refunded.

    In addition, please follow the instruction as well as look over the platform.

    Yes it will always be through a code when you redeem points for anything. Then you'll have to go in and manually redeem the code yourself for it to register and active the product you got. Glad you got it worked out now, and enjoy your Game Pass! More games
