Redeemed a code and link my account to a PS4 account but purchase hasn't shown?

Hi, i had a minecoins voucher to redeem. I play minecraft on the ps4. I redeemed via my phone linking my mircosoft account to the ps4. My coins havent shown up in game play? Can you help? Doesnt show on my switch either. Thanks.

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with finding Minecoins that you've recently redeemed on your Microsoft account. You may want to try signing out of your Microsoft account and signing back in on your Minecraft installation.

I signed out and in multiple times, as well as reinstalled minecraft and the 700 coins I purchased through the starter edition of Minecraft on the PS4 have still not been applied. What is the next step in getting this figured out?
